We have identified over the years of our operation that there is a deficiency in experienced and well trained personnel in the in the Marine and Ship building industry. Several Youths are unemployed because of unemployable skills hence we have developed training program for improved human Capital development for adequate experienced man power to service the Marine, oil and Gas industries.

1) Technical and Vocational courses
a) Engine maintenance and repairs
b) Electrical system repairs
c) Gas Welding and Steel Welding
d) Aluminum welding
e) Structural fabrication/fitting
f) Boat Propulsion system repairs.
g) Basic corrosion prevention and control system
h) Carpentry
I) Crane Operation
j) Deckhand training
k) Boat handling and safety training.

Youths that have passed through our training programs have been able to get jobs in several organizations while some others are gainfully self employed.

The training program is opened to both Non skilled, and Professionals. The minimum education requirements is WAEC and the desire to gain hands on technical skills.
